15: Sports
The manliest of men all enjoy sports. Where else in the modern era are men given a chance to fight or compete physically for honor, wealth, pride, women, and comrades? SPORTS! Hockey, Football, Rugby, Wrestling, Baseball....the list goes on
14: Cars
Chick magnets...In this day and age what is easily accessible, mobile, expensive, attractive, and utilitarian that a bachelor can show off? His automobile! Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes Benz, Bavarian Motor Works (if you're a guy and you don't know this one, shame on you), Lexus, Audi, Volvo...the list goes on.
13: Gambling
Poker night! Where men smoke cigars, drink whiskey, and place bets and gamble. This goes beyond the casual poker night, we make bets all the time on sports, horse races, roulette, weather...name a topic and I'm sure there's a way to place bets on it. Nothing more manly than sipping a whiskey, smoking a cigar, and holding the stack of chips you win surrounded by all the friends you whooped.
12: Alcohol
The gambling parting and whiskey part natural brings us into this topic. Whatever you drink, beer, wine, straight up hard liqueur ,or mixed drinks there's a drink for every man. Sophisticated, stylish, and casual whatever the occasion there's a drink for it. Need a famous drink? James Bond drink, "Vodka Martini, shaken not stirred"
11: Power tools
Men work and men work with power and tools. Why not combine them? A man should know his way around the tool box. Walk in to a hardware store and who do you see? Men work on cars, wood, metal, garden, and whatever they fix, repair, or upgrade. A man should know their tools of trade whether they work for hobby, craft, or profession. Men pride themselves in the abilities they have to fix objects that sometimes aren't even broken and they do it all with power tools.
10: Weapons
It used to be swords before firearms got popular and easy. Swords forced the victor to face their victims in hand-to-hand combat. The gore the blood and the use of raw physical power was pretty masculine. Then came firearms and killing efficiency increased. Men sacrificed the carnal pleasures of a good hunt for the added efficiency of guns. Men should know their guns, be a good marksmen and be ready for a good old-fashion back-to-back-walk-ten-paces duel.
9: Martial Arts
Another topic to increase our killing efficiency! How do men fight without weapons? Have to physically defend your honor and you want to win, do it in style, and want to let your victim live to spread their shame and tell the tale of your victory? Or you're just a dude with his buddies watching a MMA fight tossing back a cold one?
8: Working Out
I mean pumping iron most of the time and sometimes cardio. Men have to have their daily iron. None of that "Men's Shake Weight" stuff. The real deal bench pressing, and free weights. Men have to ready their bodies physically for anything life throws at them and working out will let you throw it right back. Look your best, be your best with a work out.
7: Fashion and Style
Know what you look good in so you can always dress to impress and find clothes that accent your features. Just because James Bond can be a little metro-sexual doesn't mean he shouldn't look good. There's never an occasion you don't want to look your best. Most importantly, know how to match a tie to a shirt.
6: Foraging
Hunting isn't always successful and knowing which plants, roots, berries, or mushrooms to eat will prepare any tough man for survival. There's nobody manlier out in the wild than Bear Grylls. Men survive and Mr.Grylls does just that.
5: Barbequeing
Not the sauce. Men should know how their meat is cooked. Make sure it's just the way you like it. Accept nothing but the best and the best for you is exactly how you like your steak, lamb chop, or whatever meat you throw on the grill. Men should know how to season their meat just right and exactly how long to leave it to sizzle. After a hard day's hunting, a man has gotta know exactly how to cook the game he brings back.
4: Navigation
Men should have a sense of direction for piloting any vehicle to a destination or to return from wilderness to civilization. Knowing how to read a compass is one thing. To know the sunrise and stars is an improvement.
3: Fire Starting
In order to survive in the wild, man must know how to start fire. Fire is a source of energy. It cooks, it cleans, and it keeps us warm. Prometheus stole this from the Greek gods so knowing how to get fire makes a man skilled and valuable in survival.
2: Hunting
What better way for a man to show the world of his independence by being able to catch or kill game for your own survival. Society has robbed us of our instinct and we forget how to kill for meat when we just buy it from the store.
1: His Weakness
Most importantly ever person has his flaws. Even Superman has his kryptonite. A man should know his weakness just he should be able to read the other players in poker. Knowing his weakness will let a man improve and show his strength in any situation.
