13: Textured Twists
Twists were the hairstyle of choice for many Fall shows, adding texture and sweetness any hair color. Whether plain or embellished, we love them either way!
12: Pale Lips
Pale and nude lips were a big hit in shows such as Burberry Prorsum. Teamed with natural and fresh looking faces, the nude lip was a stark contrast to the darker and bolder lips chosen by other shows.
11: Sparkly Nails
Nails at Joy Cioci's show contained glued-on sparkles and gorgeous beads to add a whole lot of glamour to perfectly polished tips.
10: Pastel for Hair and Nails
We know the pastel trend has been at large for a little while now, but the good news is it isn't going anywhere in a hurry! Hair from Peter Som's show included soft, candy-colored streaks, and nails were covered in gorgeous shades of pastel blue and green.
9: Text Nail Art
Rachel Antonoff's show included gorgeous nail art containing dainty text scrolled across model's nails in a variety of colors - We think it's a trend everyone will want to try!
8: Hot Pink Eyes
Models sported hot-pink lids and lashes at Donna Karan's Fall show, taking the pink factor to the extreme! Why coat your lashes in boring black when you can add some vibrant color?
7: Nail Appliques
Nail appliques were back in a big way, adding depth and texture to nails. We love the look from the Mugler Fall show, as pictured.
6: Color-Blocked Eyelids
Eyes appeared in bold colored eye shadow blocks during shows such as Roberto Cavalli. We love this look, especially if you can't decide just one color to wear - why not wear them all?
5: Gothic Pouts
Lipstick shades were darker this season, and almost bordered on gothic at shows such as Viktor & Rolf, Christian Siriano, Basso & Brooke, Bottega Veneta, Nina Ricci, Gucci, and Rochas.
4: Blunt Bangs
The straight-across style of bangs were a popular trend during the Fall shows of Marni, Antonio Berardi, Versace, and Elie Saab. We think it's a very stylish way to frame the face and draw attention to the eyes!
3: The Severe Ponytail
The severe ponytail wrapped in black bondage tape was the hairstyle of choice for Jason Wu's Fall 2012 show. The models looked like warriors as they strutted powerfully down the catwalk.
2: The Bouffant
Big and voluptuous hair is back with the bouffant! The Carolina Herrera show teamed the hairdo with dainty black headbands to add a more polished and refined look.
1: Cobalt Cat-Eyes
These fabulous cobalt blue cat-eyes were from Anna Sui's Fall 2012 show. The trend of the cat-eye is slowly moving away from all-black, and becoming a lot more colorful and vibrant to really make eyes pop!
