#15 Pregnancy

Moms who have experienced pregnancy know that it’s not a picnic in the park. Skin stretches (too much), clothes no longer fit, and morning sickness can be a real drag, especially when it lasts nine entire months.

15: Pregnancy
Moms who have experienced pregnancy know that it’s not a picnic in the park. Skin stretches (too much), clothes no longer fit, and morning sickness can be a real drag, especially when it lasts nine entire months.
14: Birth
Imagine the pain of trying to push a grapefruit out of your body. Now imagine being in that much pain for ten or more hours. Now imagine the doctor cutting open your stomach to remove that stubborn grapefruit. This is the equivalent of giving birth.
13: Responsibility
If you think your life is chaotic now, wait until you have children. Babies require constant attention, need to be fed every couple of hours, and need frequent diaper changes. Let’s not forget lack of sleep for at least a year.
12: Diapers
No one likes to change dirty diapers. If you’re a parent, you can expect to change hundreds of them. Once they turn 2, you get the frustrating job of toilet training.
11: Marriage
If your marriage is already rocky, you might as well sign those divorce papers now. Babies take up a lot of time, leaving little time for you and hubby. If you do make it out of the baby stage alive, you’ll have to deal with disagreements about the way that you raise your children.
10: Advice
If you have kids, you’ll have plenty of people offering you unnecessary advice about how to raise your kids. While it’s easy to ignore strangers, your friends and family may really get on your nerves.
9: Leisure
You might as well say goodbye to this word. As a parent, you’ll have very little downtime. Well, there is that time between putting the kids to bed and falling face first into your pillow.
8: Money
Kids are extremely expensive. When you’re not buying diapers, formula, and baby clothes, you’re paying for their health care, education, and hobbies.
7: Worries
Parents are constantly worrying about their children. Are they reaching all of their milestones? Are they gaining adequate weight? Worrying alone can make you exhausted.
6: Tantrums
Do you know how to deal with a 2 year old who is throwing herself in the middle of the Wal-Mart toy aisle after you said no to that awesome toy? Children WILL cry when you say no, and will continue until you change your mind.
5: Rebellion
Even at a young age, kids love to assert their independence. Expect your kids to do exactly the opposite of everything you say, just to make you mad.
4: Expectations
Our children do not always live up to our expectations. He may not be athletic like dad, or a beauty queen like mom. This is life, and you can’t expect your child to be a mini-version of yourself.
3: Goals
Without children, people are better able to pursue their goals. Kids can make it difficult to get things done, as kids take away much time and money.
2: Diaper Bags
Who wants to carry around a big bag full of baby clothes, diapers, rash cream, bottles, formula, and a hundred other things? This can really put a damper on your fashionable handbag collection.
1: Population
The world is already overpopulated with more than six billion people. Why add new people when there are children all over the world without parents.
